  • Event Day Logistics: Setting up and managing the registration desk, controlling entry, and managing attendee logistics.

  • Audience Acquisition: Actively pushing to ensure events remain accessible and appealing to students across all departments, tracking registration numbers leading up to the event.

EVENT HEADS

Event Heads are the driving force behind TMC's initiatives, steering projects from initial concept to final execution. At TMC, Event Heads rotate with every initiative. This allows different committee members to step up, lead, and gain hands-on project management experience.

  • Closure & Compliance: Lead team debriefs, gather metrics, and submit the final Post-Event Clearance (PCU) report.

Faculty Mentor

The Faculty Mentor serves as the club’s institutional anchor, offering strategic guidance and bridging the gap between student leadership and the university administration.

  • Strategic Advisory: Advises Office Bearers on high-level planning, event viability, and alignment with academic standards.
